Versatile meeting spaces near the capital region
Poukama is a versatile meeting venue located about 15 minutes from Porvoo and approximately an hour’s drive from Helsinki. You can quickly reach Poukama from the capital region! We are easy to reach by car or even by boat.
We recommend carpooling for our guests. Together with our partner, Oy Kaj Forsblom, we can arrange convenient and eco-friendly transportation from all over Finland.
Those arriving by their own cars will find plenty of free parking in our yard.

EQUIPMENT IN MEETING ROOMS
We will select a meeting room suitable for your group’s needs and size. Group workspaces are also available.
In the meeting room, you will find fast internet access, a projector/screen, 2 flipcharts, and notetaking supplies. Additional flipcharts are available at a cost of €15 + VAT per day.
Meeting rooms are set up in a classroom style by default, so please let us know if you prefer a different table arrangement.

Merisali
Merisali, situated on a high rock, is a bright and spacious meeting room with large windows offering breathtaking sea views. From the hall, you can directly access a partially covered 120-seat terrace, which you can use as a group workspace during the meeting or as a refreshing break area. Merisali is equipped with high-quality audio equipment and a microphone to ensure that the speaker’s voice is crystal clear even to the back rows.
Merikabinetti 1
Merikabinetti 1, with a stunning sea view, is located in the main building on the crest of a high cliff. It can accommodate 36 people.
Merikabinetti 2
Merikabinetti 2, located in the main building, also offers breathtaking sea views. The cabin is suitable for meetings of approximately 36 people.
Luotsimaja
Luotsimaja is located right near the shore. The capacity of this maritime-themed meeting room with a diplomat table is 14 people, and a maximum of approximately 20 people.
Kalastajan venevaja
Have an idyllic meeting in Kalastajan Venevaja. This time-worn hall can accommodate up to 50 people for meetings. Inspiring sea views can be seen from the windows, and from the hall’s doors, you can step out onto a partially covered terrace to enjoy the fresh sea air.
Jemma
Host a relaxed and rustic meeting right by the beach in our Jemma. The sound of the waves, the tranquility of nature, the rustic shed, and our spacious terrace provide a unique setting for your meeting. Inside, there is space for approximately 15 people, and when extended onto the terrace, it can accommodate up to 60 people. During the summer, Jemma also serves as a beach café.
